RUNNER'S HIGH...

One night Austin decided to start running in circles around the couch because he was bored. He started counting, and pretty soon, he felt that
"runner's high", anyone who works out will know what I mean. He didn't want to stop!

He ran,

and ran. Even Ty tried to join in.

They ran,

and ran. Ty gave up, but Austin kept going until he had counted to over 2000!

He's a bit dizzy and worn out. Good workout Aus!

jen said...: Uh yeah, I think I felt that high like once during a work out. Hmmmmm maybe I'm not working out long enough. He must have been pretty darn bored to run around a couch for that long. Austin- if you are bored you can come to our house and play with Kiten.; July 14, 2008 at 8:43 PM

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

Enjoying the Moment
