THEY'RE GROWING UP TOO FAST!
I can remember when you fit in the palm of my hand. You felt so good in it; no bigger than a minute. How it amazes me you're changin' with every blink.Faster than a flower blooms, they grow up all too soon.
So let them be little,'Cause they're only that way for a while.Give 'em hope, give them praise,Give them love every day.Let 'em cry, let 'em giggle,Let 'em sleep in the middle,Oh, but let them be little.
I never felt so much in one little tender touch.I live for those kisses, your prayers an' your wishes. An' now you're teachin' me how only a child can see.Tonight, while we're on our knees, all I ask is:
Please, let them be little,'Cause they're only that way for a while.Give them hope, give them praise,Give them love every day.Let 'em cry, let 'em giggle,Let 'em sleep in the middle,Oh, but let them be little. The so innocent, precious soul:You turn around, an' it's time to let them go.
Let them be little

I love Ty's feet in that picture! It's a good thing I don't have my mascara on yet. Thanks for the reminder. I had three of them sneak in bed with us in the night. I'm sorry that a little guy in your ward passed away. I can't imagine how unbelievably hard it would be to lose a child.
This is for Maddi- It was really weird and sad but the day that I posted that both fish were alive, one of them died. Jason and the boys all had a funeral for it in the bathroom. They all said something nice about speed racer (i hope you don't mind but they changed the name) before they flushed him down the toilet. He's now in heaven with Oreo, Shadow and lots of Robb's dogs. Thanks for letting us take care of him/her. The other one is still alive.
It definitely was a wake up call! SO sad! I love that song! It brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it! Really puts everything in perspective!!
How sad. I agree that we should cherish every minute...and also LIVE in the moment. Time goes so fast, believe me.
Love all of you,
Mom
Such a sweet song! What a horrible week. I don't know how to prepare myself for the funeral!
